On Thursday, Oct. 31, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., at North Riverside Park Mall, 7501 W. Cermak Rd. in North Riverside, the mall will host a Trick or Treat Halloween event featuring a live DJ, face painters and a balloon artist.
